2. Description of Service

TableTonic provides an AI-powered reservation management system that enables restaurants to capture, manage, and optimize bookings 24/7. The Service includes:

• AI chatbot for reservation capture
• Reservation management dashboard
• Integration with third-party booking platforms
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Customer support services

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Fees: The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are outlined on our Pricing page and are billed monthly in advance.

4.2 Payment: You must provide a valid payment method. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the monthly fee to your payment method.

4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4.4 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (OpenTable, Resy, etc.). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid accounts with these third-party services
• Complying with their terms of service
• Any fees charged by these third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableTonic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
